Palomino Park. Highlands Ranch, Colorado

As President of the Master Association at Palomino Park, Gillies brought more transparency and cohesion to the operations of this large, five-village community that included apartments and condominiums. As a result, the Palomino Park Owners Association enjoyed increased revenue from its café and restaurant operation, a reduction in resident complaints, lower assessments due to greater operating efficiencies and better access to reserve funds for construction projects.

Crestone. Aurora, Colorado

As part of Gillies' role as Senior Managing Director and Regional Partner of Legacy Partners, he supervised the management of this 234 unit, Class A property. As a result, Crestone has consistently been a top performer in its submarket, boasting high rent levels and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Fox Crossing. Arapahoe County, Colorado

As a representative of Legacy Partners, Gillies had primary responsibility for this 220 unit affordable housing community for over four years. The owners of this community were sensitive about operational issues, especially fair housing and capital calls. Under Gillies' guidance, improved leasing and management procedures, and more efficient operations, the property has virtually eliminated fair housing complaints and cash flow concerns.
